Is It Flowers You’re After?
Flowering plants are stunning, but I’m more interested in the smells and fragrances and flavours we can extract from them. This next experiment uses a different kind of rose, mixed with Jasmine blooms, and Makrut Lime.
Searching for Fruit?
With all the fruits I grow, it is still difficult to pick and choose how to showcase the beauty and flavours within. This experiment is for the often overlooked plums. We will focus on the NZ standard Black Doris.
